Sleep Support Package
This package can be chosen as either remote support or face to face.
What it includes;
Initial telephone consultation to discuss the current issues you are experiencing or aspect you would like support with.
Sleep Diary for your completion prior to our booked phone/video call/home visit.
Booked appointment to talk through bespoke sleep plan, based upon your families needs.
This comprehensive plan will be emailed to yourself.
14 days of support via WhatsApp group/Email.
Follow up phone/video contact at the end of the 2 weeks to review.

Behaviour Log for your completion prior to our booked phone/video call/home visit.
Booked appointment to talk through current behaviour challenges and analysis of behaviour log
Tailored behaviour support approaches emailed to yourself.

Infant Massage
As a certified Infant Massage Instructor (IAIM accredited) I can offer a 5 week course for you and your baby in the comfort of your own home.
A lovely opportunity to facilitate special uninterrupted time for the two of you, which provides so many benefits for both.
If you would like to do this as a group session with other parents and babies within your group. I offer a subsidise course charge for up to two more families- saving money for all!
